What is Cardio Guardian?
Cardio Guardian is a daily dietary supplement formulated to support cardiovascular wellness. It combines CoQ10, vitamin K2 (MK-7) and D3, active B vitamins (B6, folate, B12), magnesium, L-carnitine, and TMG in a single 3-capsule serving.
How do I take it?
The serving size is 3 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Many people take it with a meal. Consistency day to day matters more than the exact time you take it.
Is Cardio Guardian a medicine?
No. Cardio Guardian is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is intended to support normal body function and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Who should not take it?
If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, talk with a healthcare practitioner before use. Vitamin K2 may counteract blood-thinning (anticoagulant) medication, so it is not recommended if you take a blood thinner — see Vitamin K2 and Blood Thinners for what to know. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.
Why does it use the "active" forms of B vitamins?
The formula uses pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6), L-methylfolate (folate), and methylcobalamin (B12) — the bioavailable forms your body can use directly, as explained in Methylated B Vitamins vs. Standard B Vitamins. These forms participate in the methylation cycle that supports healthy homocysteine metabolism.
