Coenzyme Q10 (200 mg)
CoQ10 is involved in the mitochondrial process cells use to produce energy. Included to support normal cellular energy production in hard-working tissues.
L-Carnitine (500 mg)
L-carnitine plays a role in transporting fatty acids into mitochondria to be used for energy. Included alongside CoQ10 to support normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin K2 as MK-7 (150 mcg)
Vitamin K2 is studied for its role in activating proteins involved in directing where the body uses calcium. Included to support normal calcium utilization.
Vitamin D3 (25 mcg / 1,000 IU)
Vitamin D3 supports normal calcium absorption and works in concert with K2 in calcium-related pathways.
Active B6, Folate & B12
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, L-methylfolate, and methylcobalamin are the bioavailable forms of these B vitamins and participate in the methylation cycle that supports healthy homocysteine metabolism.
TMG / Betaine (500 mg)
Trimethylglycine donates a methyl group in the pathway that helps keep homocysteine metabolism running normally.
Magnesium citrate (150 mg)
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions, including those tied to normal muscle and nervous system function.
